About Me

Hi, I’m Britt! I started my journey into health and wellness when I became ill… It was my freshman year of high school. I could no longer eat what I was used to without serious discomfort. I recall a feeling of panic that I didn’t know what was wrong. I continued to deal with the stress associated with food and eating for the next 16+ years….

During those years, I sought out over 8 medical doctors, a handful of alternative health practitioners, and even explored enrolling in a prominent Boston-based health school. I ultimately ended up enrolling in a holistic health coaching program instead.

I knew that I wanted to find the connection between all these parts of my life, not just the singular component of nutrition. So frequently the root of our health problems are not just one single thing.

I am tired of modern medicine not taking the time to understand people’s lifestyle first, before dishing out prescriptions and cookie cutter responses that may or may not benefit the person.  I look at the whole person…their lifestyle, nutrition, spirituality, community, purpose, and relationships.
